Small connected alarms that help you build morning habits. For example, say you want to wake up, meditate, stretch, then brush your teeth. You would place the alarms at different places to nudge you along your routine before you get distracted. Once you're done with a step, it prompts you to continue on to the next step. Over time, you can track what habits you actually follow and which you ignore.
