When I was in college, I paid for a meal-plan and went to cafeterias. The food was crazy cheap because the cafeteria optimized every cost. No waiters, self serving, self-busing, and most of the food was cooked from inexpensive farm-surplus. It was way healthier and tastier than McDonald’s which is the only other place to get food that cheap. Replicate this experience for NYC customers, who have few other sources of cheap, healthy food.
